Modernization is the need of the hour. We want to do away with the obsolete practice of maintaining records in files and papers in our office section and are planning to computerize the same to make it more efficient and technology savvy. We have already begun work and are in the process of preparing a new software consisting of the following five modules, viz i) Admission ii) Scholarship iii) Fees. iv) Results v) Report-Generation.

The total cost of the project will be around Rs. 500,000 (Rs.200,000 for the Software including Oracle10g and OS, Networking,  Server and Rs.200,000 for 5 PCs and Rs. 100,000 for Printer, UPS and Networking)

We cannot raise this huge amount  which is usually done in other institutions by hiking the tuition fees. In keeping with the ideals of Sri Ramakrishna and Swami Vivekananda our motto is quality education at minimum cost. Besides, many of our students are economically poor and enjoy scholarship.

We therefore appeal to our generous donors to provide us with the necessary funds for the renovation of our office operational system.
